The Art of Perception

This workshop will aim to teach you how to train the right side of your brain to perceive the world in a way that is easier for drawing. The right side of your brain does not use heavy measurements, it is more feeling, it creates images based off your subconscious knowledge. In this workshop, we will learn perceptual tips and tricks to help us understand the world visually more accurately and help us create something satisfying.

Power of Movement: The Love Project

This workshop will give students (aka movers) a creative way to tell a story through movement. They will focus on the theme of Love, examining the ways in which they have learned about it, and how it is expressed with self. Each week they will be prompted with a question in which they will journal, discuss, and create: this allows movers to build a deeper understanding of their self-love practice and/or create one. They will learn small pieces of choreography and technical moves to help them build their dance language. By the end, they will create a final project producing a 1-minute video that expresses their love story.
